Communications functions are undergoing a transformation. Communications has fallen behind sales, finance or marketing when it comes to using data to fulfill their core tasks. Data-driven communications is the new credo. New professions are emerging in the functions, such as data analyst or data storyteller, which are fundamentally changing the work. Most communication departments feel overwhelmed by these developments. There is a lack of knowledge and experience and how to benefit from existingsolutions.
The workgroup meets virtually in Microsoft Teams as well as in a spring and autumn conference as face-to-face events.
